Walking for fitness

When I swapped smoking for eating, I took up walking as a way to combat the weight gain. I started with a cheapy little step counter then Moosie started doing 10,000 steps a day so I decided to try that. I invested in a talking pedometer and have used it so much that it's needed three battery changes. Now I'm thinking of upgrading again to one that monitors heart rate.

TVProducts4Less.com has some pedometers including one that calculates heart rate. They have lots of other cool stuff too, including ice packs! (Still searching for the perfect ice pack. )
